The Slow Roll is just what it sounds like: an easy going bicycle ride for people of all ages. Everyone is welcome. Bring your family, friends, social and church groups. Most importantly, bring yourself!

Come bike at a leisurely pace through a different part of the City of Buffalo every week. See parts of your backyard that you have never seen before. Bike with people of all ages and ethnicities, and add to the wonderful diversity of your home. Wave to people who sit on their porches and welcome you as you bike through their neighborhoods.

After the ride, there is an opportunity to mingle with your fellow bicyclists at the starting point. Food, drink and music are all available.

First Slow Roll begins at Marcy Casino at Delaware Park on Sunday May 8. Meet at 12 p.m. Roll begins at 1 p.m.

Second Slow Roll begins at the Oakk Room   1435 Main St. (near Glenwood) on Monday May 16. Meet at 5:30 p.m. Roll begins at 6:30 p.m.

Rides last for 1 and ½ hour and finish where they start.

Except for the first, Slow Rolls occur on Mondays. Meetup at 5:30    Roll at 6:30
